REFUND
1. Overview
Speed Fleet, operated by Teknulugy on behalf of Al Fahad Kuwaiti
Company for Consumer Goods Delivery, is committed to providing a
high-quality fleet management service. This Refund Policy outlines the
conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscription plans
and related services.
By subscribing to Speed Fleet you agree to this Refund Policy.
Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
Speed Fleet is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
Charges are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal
date.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — New subscribers may
request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial
subscription date, provided the platform has not been actively used
(no vehicles registered, no routes dispatched).

Service Unavailability — If Speed Fleet experiences
a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, subscribers are
entitled to a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

Billing Error — If you were charged incorrectly due
to a system or billing error on our part, a full refund of the
erroneous amount will be issued within 14 business days.

Annual Plans — Early Cancellation — For annual
subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window, a pro-rated refund
may be issued for the unused remaining full months, minus a 15%
early-termination fee.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day grace period has elapsed.
- One-time setup, onboarding, or integration fees.

Hardware or GPS device purchases (governed by a separate hardware
warranty).
- Custom development or professional services fees.

Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months for monthly subscribers upon cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team by
email. Include the following information:
- Your registered account name and email address.
- Your subscription plan and billing date.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant transaction or invoice reference numbers.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within
7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the
original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary
depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing
period.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.

Data export is available for 30 days post-cancellation; after that,
data may be permanently deleted per our data-retention policy.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you disagree with a refund
decision, please contact us at
info@speedfleet.online. We will review your case within 5 business days and work toward a
fair resolution. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of
Kuwait.
9. Changes to This Policy
Speed Fleet reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any
time. Changes will be communicated via email and reflected on this
page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
